the individualistic rooms and cosy cottage vibes made me feel right at home. I loved waking up to the beautiful landscape in the gardens and the peaceful countryside surroundings. the location was perfect, offering great views of the countryside while still being a short distance from the local town. the old-style buildings around the main house were stunning, adding to the overall charm of the place. the bedroom was beautifully decorated with antique furniture and a very comfortable bed. I also appreciated the little touches like bottled water in the room. the entire house had a unique and romantic atmosphere, with old-style fireplaces and sash windows. I can't wait to stay here again!
There was nothing I didn't like. 😊.

Located in a charming village near a whiskey distillery, Barnabrow offers spacious cottages with en-suite bedrooms, perfect for wedding guests to gather and enjoy BBQs. the main house is beautiful, with impeccable service and delicious food. the breakfast feels like a scene from Downton Abbey, served in amazing surroundings. the serene atmosphere of the grounds is a highlight, providing a calm getaway.
Some aspects of the accommodation, such as the attic room, were poorly lit and had broken amenities. the landlady's dismissive attitude detracted from the overall experience.

We had a fantastic romantic getaway in the countryside. the room was cozy and warm, perfect for a romantic escape. the breakfast was delicious and we especially loved the freshly baked pastries. the location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful nature and close to charming villages and scenic walking trails. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the attentive service from the staff.
The lighting in the room was quite dim and there was only one small window. the shower could have been cleaner and the shower doors didn't close properly, causing the floor to get flooded.

The venue itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and well-designed outdoor spaces. The relaxed and elegant atmosphere set the perfect tone for my stay.
One specific situation that stood out to me was the delicious breakfast provided. Although the large tables made it a bit crowded, the breakfast itself was above average and exceeded my expectations.
