The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. The dining room was lovely and the coffee was really good. The location was also perfect, close to beautiful beaches and Ballymaloe. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and had beautiful gardens. The outdoor spaces were well-designed and added to the overall experience.

I loved waking up to the beautiful landscape in the gardens and the peaceful countryside surroundings. the location was perfect, offering great views of the countryside while still being a short distance from the local town. the old-style buildings around the main house were stunning, adding to the overall charm of the place. the bedroom was beautifully decorated with antique furniture and a very comfortable bed. I also appreciated the little touches like bottled water in the room. the entire house had a unique and romantic atmosphere, with old-style fireplaces and sash windows. I can't wait to stay here again!

Some aspects of the accommodation, such as the attic room, were poorly lit and had broken amenities. the landlady's dismissive attitude detracted from the overall experience.

The lighting in the room was quite dim and there was only one small window. the shower could have been cleaner and the shower doors didn't close properly, causing the floor to get flooded.
